Identify a challenge and provide the solution, that’s been our approach for more than 20 years. Back in early 2019, we saw the challenge. Our fitness customers were having to piece-meal their hygiene products and only needed to purchase in small quantities. That meant inflated prices on wipes and sanitizers, plus a confusing array of options. We went to our vendor partners and proposed a program to support these businesses. With the combined volume of our customers driving the pricing, we carefully selected only the best products. And we founded CFE Services.
Amid the chaos and uncertainty, we started to think about what would come next for our customers. What would they need to be able to reopen? We dug in, did our research, and wrote our How to Reopen document in early April. We realized the products our customers would need would be the products that everyone would need... and the supply chains would be a nightmare. We needed to start planning right away and make an allocation plan. We also knew that these changed circumstances would necessitate vetting new products. So, we got to work. With careful planning and herculean effort, we've been compiling reopen products ever since. We have continued to maintain that supply chain. We carefully allocate products so that all our customers have what they need when they need it. From antiseptic wipes to electrostatic sprayers and List N disinfectants.
And here we are. What started as a vision for a simple solution for wipes and soap, has transformed into products for total sanitation for businesses. We’re working hard to continue what we’ve always done, carefully vetting products that we can be proud to offer. Products that we know will meet the specific challenges our customers face and be the reliable, valuable, and cutting edge tools they deserve.
