RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. We will accept returns or exchanges in the rare instance that a product is defective.
Returns and exchanges: To be eligible to return or exchange a defective product you must report the problem to us within 14 business days. We will send out your replacement product right away.
Freight damage: Any freight damage must be documented with the carrier upon arrival and reported to us immediately.

How much will I pay for shipping?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping over $200 in the continental U.S. (some exclusions apply).
When will I receive my order?
We ship out all orders via UPS within 3 business days. Arrival times are based on the shipping speed you choose at checkout. Most orders arrive within 10 business days when you choose Ground shipping. You will receive a tracking number for your order as soon as it ships.
